A record cleaning pad with faded red plush and an oak top. The top is printed for, J Claypole & Son, Peterborough. These pads were evidently sold as blanks and gramophone dealers could have their details printed on the top by way of advertising themselves. A collecting field all of its own. This example is in good condition.
